Our Mission
Hands of Grace Foundation Living Assistance Program
Hands of Grace Foundation exists to be a living expression of grace in action, providing structured, compassionate support to individuals and families who are struggling with housing instability, unemployment, and emotional hardship. Our Living Assistance Program is designed to meet both immediate needs and long-term challenges by offering housing support, case management, mental health resources, workforce assistance, and family-centered care. We walk alongside those we serve, helping them regain stability, rebuild confidence, and move forward with purpose.
Guided by faith, love, and humility, we believe every person deserves dignity, hope, and the opportunity to thrive. Through personalized support plans, our team works to address not only physical needs such as housing, food, and clothing, but also emotional well-being and personal development—creating a pathway toward independence and self-sufficiency. Our program supports individuals and families through transitional living and housing assistance, dedicated case management and mental wellness resources, employment readiness and workforce support, childcare and family support services, food, clothing, and essential living assistance.
